Class Descriptions

BodyCombat:  Is an empowering cardio workout inspired by martial arts and drawd from a variety of disciplines like karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai.  With the driving music you punch, kick, and strike your way through calories. 

BodyPump: Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups getting the results you want - FAST!. Great music, great instructors and an awesome workout.

Express Cardio Circuit Training: This is an express 45 minute class is designed to strengthen and tone muscle, burn calories and make you sweat! This class utilizes a variety of equipment including barbells, jump ropes, medicine balls, and cardio intervals including step, boxing, and sports conditioning.

Express Pilates Mat Mix: A 45 minute traditional Pilates mat movement class mixed with core strength moves using stability balls, bands, and resistance rings. Pilates is designed to improve core strength, endurance, flexibilty, and balance.

Last Chance Workout: This is a 60 minute high intensity workout that works on cardio endurance, strength and mental toughness.

SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: This program is designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination and to improve participants functional capabilities, physical fitness level, and sense well-being.

SilverSneakers™ Yoga Stretch: This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxtion will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Yoga: A vinyasa yoga class of carefully sequenced postures which flow together smoothly to increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and concentration.

Yo-Lates Flow: A combination of yoga and pilates in a flow format.

Mornings
  • Monday: 8:30am to 12pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 9am to 11:00am
  • Wednesday and Friday 8:30am to 11am
  • Weather Policy

    We will follow the Downingtown Area School District Closings. If the schools are delayed due to the weather there will be no morning class, if they close early there will be no evening class, if they are closed all day no class at all. This is only in effect if it is a weather related closing or delay such as snow or ice.
