Cardio Xplode: The ultimate calorie burn in 45 minutes. Designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance and test your mental toughness. This class is high energy, fast paced, sweat pouring, in other words anyting goes.
Kick Arse Conditioning: A 60-90 minute intense cardio, strength and endurance class to challenge you in every way possible. We will test your mental and physical toughness, while playing fun fast music to make you forget how hard you are working. Just be prepared to get your Arse Kicked. So bring your A Game!!!
On the Ball: Looking for core strength, stronger backs, and sculpted abs? This class uses pilates principles of slow deep movement, while incorporating the stability ball for added challenge, as well as support. Medicine balls will also be used to strengthen and tone core muscles. If you're up for the challenge, join us for this intense core workout, and don't be a bit surprised when you feel and see the difference in not only your abs, but also your glutes, quads, and hams!!! Power Pump: Is a barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups getting the results you want - FAST!. Great music, great instructors and an awesome workout.
Pilates Mat Mix: A 45 minute (on Tuesday mornings and 60 minutes on Friday mornings) traditional Pilates mat movement class mixed with core strength moves using stability balls, bands, and resistance rings. Pilates is designed to improve core strength, endurance, flexibilty, and balance.
SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: This program is designed to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, and coordination and to improve participants functional capabilities, physical fitness level, and sense well-being.
SilverSneakers™ Yoga Stretch: This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxtion will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Tone Zone: A 60 minute strength training class designed as a total body workout. The class will use hand weights, resistance tubing to assist you in improving endurance, strength and overall fitness.
Yoga: A vinyasa yoga class of carefully sequenced postures which flow together smoothly to increase strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and concentration.
