TA and Wandering Wishes
Tennis Addiction and Wandering Wishes partnered to give a free clinic to 9 deserving teenage girls. Taren Turocy, founder of Wandering Wishes and Anthony DeCecco of TA ran the clinic on Tuesday, August 24th. Participating players included: Tori, Mimi, Kienna, Jasmine, Alyssa, Alana, Sarah, Ashley and Diamond. Everyone had a great time!!

Deanna Lasorda of Tennis Addiction won the Llanarch CC Junior Classic 10-under Tennis Tournament on Wednesday, August 18th! Congratulations!!

Meili Konell of Tennis Addiction won the Waynesborough 14-under Clay Court Championships on August 5th at Waynesborough Country Club! Congratulations!!

TA Turtles Advance to WTT National Qualifier
With the help of Kypers Snypers the TA Turtles won the WTT Tournament at East Hempfield this past weekend and advanced to the National Qualifier in October!! Players include Cindy, Celes, Crystal, Tania, Joe, Rob, Jimmy, Donald and Anthony.
2010 Courtney Foos Friends Tournament
On Wednesday, August 11th, the 12th Annual Courtney Foos Friends Tournament was held at Tennis Addiction. For the first time in 5 years Courtney and Anthony were not in the money! This year Mike Simonetti and Frank Englund beat Mike Abandond and Dave Himes in the final. 2010 saw a record 18 players participating including Carl Nessen, Steve Pieretti, Newt Meade, Joe Carter, Jim Klein, Fred Hoey, Gordon Nichol, Herb Bascome, Charlie Freeman, Marie Thomas, and last but not least Celes Panichelli and Cindy Basile! Congratulations to the winners and thanks to everyone who played!
