He is available for group or individual training session as well self defense training and small group fitness training.
Kris uses multi dimensional training to improve your strength, flexibility, conditioning and mobility you need to thrive in your life and sports.

Andi Beth Sutcliffe is a Nationally Certified, State License MSG009738 Massage Therapist and Graduate of the Cortiva Institute (Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy). It was her fitness background as a Certified Personal Trainer with a Pilates/Yoga/Tennis background that lead her to massage therapy. “We train hard and need to respect the challenges we accomplish. Respect your body, it’s an amazing machine”.
Andi has been with Tennis Addiction for over 30 years, she is the Controller, and oversees general club operations in addition to Personal Training and Massage Therapy.
